Data deletion

You can request the deletion of messages and data associated with your conversation with Amaral Films & Photos.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to caioamaral@outlook.pt with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Just indicate the channel used — WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger — and the phone number or username needed to locate the conversation.
  3. To protect your data, we may ask for confirmation through the channel itself before deleting.

What is deleted

After validating the request, we delete messages, transcriptions, summaries, drafts and service records associated with the indicated identifier from the local assistant. Deletion does not cover data that we have to keep due to legal obligation nor copies that remain on the Meta platform itself, the management of which depends on the settings of WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.

Deadline and confirmation

We confirm receipt and respond within the applicable legal deadline. When the deletion is complete, we send a confirmation via the email or channel used in the order.

You can also write “human” in an automatically answered conversation to ask Caio or the team to stay with you.
